Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Retail ERP Analytics Demo Database — SQL Server Edition and related files (the "Product") from DemoDataWorks. By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to these Terms.

The product

The Product is a downloadable, synthetic demo database intended for SQL practice, analytics training, Power BI demonstrations, and similar non-production use cases. It is not real business data and is not intended for use as, or in place of, production data.

License

Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product according to the license tier you buy (Individual, Consultant, or Team / Training). License scope and permitted uses are described on the pricing page and included in the license file inside your downloaded package. See the License page for a summary.

Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted in the license included with your purchase, you may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or publish the raw dataset, in whole or in part, as a standalone product or dataset. This restriction applies regardless of license tier.

Payment and delivery

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product files. Please review the Refund Policy for details on refunds and download issues.

No warranty

The Product is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure the files are accurate, complete, and function as described, but we do not guarantee the Product will be error-free or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DemoDataWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
