The Retail ERP Analytics Demo Database — SQL Server Edition is licensed, not sold outright as unrestricted data. The full, governing license terms for your purchase are included as a license file inside your downloaded package. This page is a general summary and does not replace that file.

License tiers

We offer several license tiers — Individual, Consultant, and Team / Training — each covering a different scope of permitted use, such as single-user use, client-facing demos, or multi-seat training access. The tier you purchase determines which permissions apply.

What's generally covered

Depending on your license tier, permitted uses typically include SQL practice, analytics and BI training, building and presenting dashboards, and using the dataset in demos or coursework.

What's not covered

Redistribution, resale, repackaging, or publishing of the raw dataset is not permitted under any license tier. See the Terms of Service for more detail.
