The Retail ERP Analytics Demo Database — SQL Server Edition is a digital download. Because the files are available to you immediately after purchase, digital downloads are generally considered final once they have been downloaded.

When we'll help

If you are unable to access your files, or the Product does not work as described, contact support@demodataworks.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it — including a refund where appropriate.
