Refund Policy

DemoDataWorks offers two kinds of products: Ready-Made Industry Packages (prebuilt, downloadable datasets) and the Generator (a configurable tool that creates a dataset to your own settings). This policy explains how refunds work for each.

Ready-Made Industry Packages

Each Ready-Made Industry Package is a digital download. Because the files are available to you immediately after purchase, digital downloads are generally considered final once they have been downloaded.

Generator

A Generator purchase provides one generation. If you have not yet used your generation, you may request a refund (see "When we'll help" below).

Once a generation has completed successfully, the purchase is generally final — the same principle that applies to a delivered Ready-Made Industry Package.

If a generation fails because of a technical problem, your generation becomes available again automatically so you can try again. This doesn't normally require a refund, since your purchased generation is still available to you. If it doesn't become available again, or a technical problem keeps preventing you from successfully generating your package, contact us.

A successfully generated package remains available to download for 14 days. You're responsible for downloading and keeping your own copy during that time. That window expiring on its own isn't grounds for a refund or a new copy — but if a DemoDataWorks issue kept you from downloading your package before it expired, contact us.

When we'll help

Contact support@demodataworks.com within 7 days of your purchase if:

• you're unable to access your files, or a product doesn't work as described
• you haven't yet used your Generator generation and would like a refund
• you believe you made a duplicate or accidental purchase — an unused duplicate purchase may be refunded

Include your order details and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it — including a refund where appropriate.
